I work with adults for both short-term and open-ended therapy and use a range of modern approaches depending on your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most important thing to me is providing an open and non-judgemental space where you can feel free to explore whatever you need. My approach is warm and collaborative and I am experienced in working with people who have a wide range of problems, including issues relating to trauma, anxiety,<br>depression, self-esteem, stress, family issues, relationship problems, work-related issues and life transitions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you get in touch with me, we can arrange for an initial consultation, either face-to-face or online. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and to help you decide if I am the right therapist for you.
